Everybody has a story. Their story of their life from birth to childhood to school and career life. Trials, tribulations, successes, hurtful or painful times, and life changing moments. Your story can help another, inspire, teach, or simply someone wanting to listen. When we don't share our story, we are being selfish.
At the source, we are all one and all desire connection. That's the power of a story, it connects us.
I encourage you to write your story, like the cliff note or bullet point version, and usually the deeper, more tear-shedding, or hold your belly laughing moments are the ones that we want to hear. It may feel vulnerable. I believe that's where connection happens.
It's pretty therapeutic and freeing to do it too. Have fun!
